<p>7 rounds (hombres) / 5 rounds (mujeres) por tiempo:</p>

<li>5 strict pull-ups o 15 jumping pull-ups.</li>
<li>5 kipping pull-ups o 15 jumping pull-ups.</li>
<li>10 bench presses, 60Kg / 30Kg</li>
<li>10 push ups</li>
<li>15 front squats, 60Kg / 40Kg</li>
<li>15 squats</li>
</ul>

<p><em>Cae cuando quieras</em> dentro del siguiente horario:</p>

<li>De 6am a 8.30am</li>
<li>De 6pm a 7.30pm</li>

<p>Bajo la iniciativa <em><a title="tu wod" href="http://crossfitperu.com/2010/05/17/programa-tu-propio-wod/" target="_blank">Programa tu propio WOD</a></em>, CoCo ha diseñado este <em>triplet</em> que en realidad tiene seis ejercicios.</p>
<p>Al inicio propusimos que los WODs serían programados los viernes, pero se ha decidido colocarlos en otros días de la semana para poder adecuarlos a la programación general.</p>
<p>Pregunta para CoCo: ¿El front squat puede hacerse desde rack o debe recogerse desde el piso? Recuerda que la iniciativa propone pensar como si ese día fueses a dictar las clases en la sala azul.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">Como médica especialista en medicina estética he replanteado mis ideas sobre el tema de la belleza desde que practico CrossFit.</p>
<p>Llegan a mí pacientes que quieren mejorar, arreglar, cambiar, corregir y muchas cosas más sin que nadie logre llenar sus expectativas. Por más que venga una persona a querer realizarse algún arreglo con ayuda de la medicina y sus nuevos tratamientos, nunca vamos a tener éxito si esta persona no se siente  bella por dentro y capaz de todo.</p>
<p>En mi práctica en la sala azul, he descubierto que CrossFit nos ayuda a lograr esto y más.</p>

<p>CrossFit logra que rompas barreras físicas y principalmente mentales, te lleva al límite y logra que los superes con tu esfuerzo y con la ayuda de tus entrenadores y compañeros.</p>
<p>Cada día en CrossFit Perú sabes que vas a tener que romper algún límite, ya sea con algún nuevo WOD o con uno que ya realizaste, pero sabes que esta vez  debes superar tu tiempo o el peso que levantaste.</p>
<p>En CrossFit compites contigo misma, contra tus <em>cucos</em> mentales, y cuando lo logras te sientes bella.</p>
<p>Te propongo que seas consciente de que tu belleza, fuerza y capacidad están en tu mente. Basta que te lo propongas para empezar a sentirte bella, fuerte y capaz.</p>
<p>Ahora pienso que en el mundo en el que me encuentro -el de la estética- solo soy útil para ayudarte un poquito, para ponerle la cerecita  al pastel.</p>

<p><strong>“The Big Three”</strong> (semana 6 de 6)</p>
<p>5-5-5-5-5 de:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bench press</li>
<li>Back squat</li>
<li>Power clean</li>
</ul>
<p>Tiempo límite: 1 hora. Una vez que empiezas tu primer levantamiento comienza a correr el reloj. Registra cada serie y el total.</p>
<p>Recuerda que entre repeticiones dentro de una misma serie no debes dejar la barra salvo para acomodar las manos. Ten en cuenta esto especialmente en los power cleans: las repeticiones deben ser continuas.</p>
<p>Los spotters en el bench press y back squat (los únicos ejercicios que requieren asistencia) no deben tocar ni la barra ni al deportista, salvo emergencia.</p>
<p>Haz los levantamientos en el orden que desees.</p>
