Viven a media hora del rancho californiano en el que se hacen los CrossFit Games. De visita turístca por Perú, cayeron por nuestra sala azul. Ambos entrenan en CrossFit Monterey, son alumnos de Jacob “Bullfrog” Tsypkin
Como un dato anecdótico, Michelle recuerda haber visto a Nelson Barriga de CrossFit Guayaquil en los juegos pasados.

It was great to train with you guys!!! Very impressive, and Dereck was amazing with his burpee boxjumps – yet still humble about it like a good crossfitter.
Desafortunadamente, parece que hice TODOS mis step ups con la pierna derecha!!!! Ahora tengo un gluteo destrozada y el otro normal. jajajaja.

la verdad que fue super hacer el wod con Derek y Michelle y todos los que estuvieron ayer por la tarde. Se sentía una energía de lo más fuerte!!!!
